The Vision
A condominium/hotel concept consisting of 100% for sale condominiums with hotel-type amenities. The Baldy Mountain House addresses the goals of the City of Ketchum’s Warm Springs Village Overlay District to provide year-round short-term tourist accommodations together with local long-term housing units to reactivate the tourist and après ski scene at the Sun Valley Company’s Warm Springs lift access to Bald Mountain.
The Warm Springs side of Bald Mountain is the location for the 2025 FIS World Cup Alpine Finals to be held March 22-27, 2025. Warm Springs will be the only place in the world for the top men and women skier-athletes to compete in the Downhill, Super-G, Giant Slalom and Slalom at the first Stifel Sun Valley Finals, which will reoccur in 2027 and 2029. The Baldy Mountain House property will be in the eye of the hurricane of the World Cup Finals racing and festivities, across the street from the ski lifts and racing venues.
